1. Services: We provide IT solutions including software development, consulting, network management, and more, as outlined in your agreement.  
2. Fees: Service fees are detailed in our quotes, with payments due within the agreed terms. Late payments may incur penalties.  
3. Confidentiality: We protect your sensitive information and expect the same in return.  
4. Intellectual Property: Deliverables become your property upon full payment unless otherwise specified.  
5. Liability: While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages.  
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as per our terms.  
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of QLD.
